 Ariel Brainard has been dancing for 11 years, 10 of which
were spent at Studio J School of Dance where she was taught by Lisa
Woods, Meredith Powell, and Hilary McAlister. She had the opportunity to
be in Studio J's competitive company for 8 years which allowed her to
take classes from professional dancers from around the country. She is
privileged to be a part of Tearstained Dance Company where she dances at
different events and is directed by Hilary McAlister. Ariel is working
on a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts and Performance at the University of
Central Oklahoma where she studies dance under Jamie Jacobson, Hui Cha
Poos, Emily South, and Christina Kambour.
