Mackenzie Martin
Crosley
began dancing at the age of three at Kim Massey’s Dance Productions in
Edmond, OK,
where she trained under Kim Massey, LuAnne Lamson, and Brina Hurst.
While on scholarship she trained under Chris Harrod
at Lyric Theatre where she performed in several productions.
She then majored in dance at the UCO where she had
the privilege of studying under Jamie Jacobson, Hui Cha Poos, Robyn Pasternack,
Tina Kambour, Lisa Woods, and Jill
Priest. Mackenzie has also taken master’s classes from such renowned teachers
and choreographers as Janice Garret, Loretta Livingston, Susan Douglas Roberts
and Adam Parsons.
Mackenzie attended The Pulse dance convention in
Denver,
CO,
where she studied under Chris Judd, Brain Friedman, Dave Scott, Rhapsody, and
took a special intensive with Mia Michaels.
She will be furthering her education this summer by
taking classes at The Edge and Millennium Studios in Los Angeles.
Mackenzie has shared her gift of dance with students
in the Oklahoma City
area for the past five years teaching at The Turning Pointe, Movement
Innovations and Encore dance schools.
She feels blessed that the Lord would allow her to
share her passion with others and hopes that, through her choreography, she can
illustrate the brilliance of the True Creator, all for His glory.
Mackenzie is humbled by the love and support she
receives from her husband who continually pushes her to break new boundaries.
