Mackenzie is an Oklahoma native currently living in Los Angeles pursuing a dance career in video, film and stage work.

She was a dance major at the University of Central Oklahoma, and is currently a working dancer and continuing her training with internationally acclaimed studios and teachers in Los Angeles, California and New York City.

She was a member of the Tearstained Dance Company and recently completed a scholarship with Monsters of Contemporary.

Mackenzie has been dancing since she was three and has been teaching for over seven years in the OKC and Edmond area.  She has had the honor of choreographing for both the Encore Dance Centre and Studio J Company.  Her choreography has received many honors, including a 2010 Hall of Fame Choreography Award. Her choreograhy has also been featured on MyIndieLifeTV.

Mackenzie is a Co-Owner, Artistic Director and Teacher for Soul de Soul, an Oklahoma based Dance Workshop that is currently in it's 5th season.  

Her stage work includes, a solo backup dancer for Hybrid Digital at the Roosevelt Hotel New Years Eve Show, and recently performed with the Flirt Dancers at Ladies in Lace. She has also been featured in Justine Menter's concept video for Marry the Night.

She views dance as a lifestyle and language in which she connects with people and the world in a present state and is thrilled to be able to share her heart, voice, love of movement and quirkiness through her classes and choreography.
