 Melissa Dawn Garey
began her dance studies at the age of three. She studied under the direction of Ms. Jan Lovell's School of Dance
in
Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
She was Ms. Lovell's assistant to several classes as
she studied in Bartlesville.
Her love of dance led Missy to
Oklahoma City
University
where she received a dance scholarship and was part of the American Spirit Dance
Company. She studied under the direction of Jo Rowan, Lyn Cramer, Melanie Shultz
and Jennifer Kemp.
Missy is married to a wonderful and loving husband,
Michael, and has two beautiful girls who attend Studio J and also share her
passion for dance. Because of God's blessings, she wants to share her love of
dance with others and her love for Christ in the dance room.
