Class Descriptions:

Beginner Yoga-

This class will go through a basic sequence with focus more on the proper alignment of the body and breathing technique.

All Levels-

Whether you are new to yoga or advanced, this class will go through basic sequencing with modifications for beginners through advanced. 

Barre Werk-

Guaranteed to make you sweat, this class will incorporate Ballet, Ballet Barre, and Yoga to make a fun and intense werkout!
