At home video series!

FLEXIBILITY -

video 1 : In the first video we’re going to be working on feet flexibility to increase your point! You’ll need a tennis or lacrosse ball and a theraband!

video 2 : We’ll be working on our legs in the second video of this flexibility training series insuring lengthening of muscles for increased flexibility.

video 3 : Video 3 will focus hips and back looking at different way to stretch and release.

video 4 : Great stretches for neck, shoulders, and arms will be included in this video focusing on releasing tension and increasing range of motion.

video 5 : Join Chloe for a full body stretch as she brings back key exercises from previous videos and talks about them more in detail.


BEGINNING PIROUETTES -

video 1 : Join Chloe in the first video of the beginning pirouettes series as she explains and introduces key components of a pirouette turn.

video 2 : In this video, will look at the form in a preparation for a pirouette turn and how to correctly find the passe position.

video 3 : Work on balancing, spotting, and single pirouettes with Chloe in video 3!

video 4 : Coordination is so important in pirouettes! In this video we will practice using correct coordination in single pirouettes.

video 5 : Learn a fun turn combination and practice pirouettes with Chloe the last video of the beginning pirouette series!


ADVANCED PIROUETTES -

video 1 : Let’s talk about the basics. Video 1 serves as a reminder for all of the important elements of a pirouette turn.

video 2 : Work on strengthening with Chloe for successful form in your pirouettes.

video 3 : Video 3 includes spotting exercises with quarter, half, and full turns. Get ready to work!

video 4 : Video 4 focuses on increasing consistency and success in your single and double pirouettes.

video 5 : Get ready for fun turning combinations with Chloe in the 5th and final video of this series that you’ll be able to adjust and rework to keep increasing the number your pirouettes!


BARRE -

video 1 : Grab your 2 - 3 lb weights (optional) and get ready to work your arms, chest, and shoulders with Chloe in the first video of our barre series!

video 2 : Video 2 is all about core! Get ready sweat! No equipment needed.

video 3 : Grab a chair for video 3! We’re working on glutes.

video 4 : It’s leg in video 4! Bring back your chair and get ready to work with Chloe.

video 5 : Video is full on! We’ll be working on each muscle group from our previous videos. Grab your 2 - 3 lb weights (optional) and let’s go!
