September is almost a wrap and we are off to a fabulous start this season. It's been fun getting to know all of our students and their families and hope your child has made some new friends already! Here's the latest as we roll on into October...
Sept 27 - Oct 1 - "MAKE A FRIEND IN CLASS WEEK" - Teachers will be doing fun partner combos in class.
Don't forget, it is still GET TO KNOW ME MONTH so we are asking for all of our studio families to submit a fun 4X6 family picture (hard copy or emailed to dianne.studiojdanceok@gmail.com) to hang in the studio. Dance party pictures preferred!!! You may still send in your family picture next week.
Oct 1 - Tuition Due - Auto pay will be drawn on the 5th - please be sure to update your card info before then if necessary.
Oct 13-15 - Studio J Closed - Fall Break
Nov 22-26 - Studio J Closed - Thanksgiving Break
Dec 20-31 - Studio J Closed - Christmas Break

Drop Policy - If you need to drop a class, you MUST contact the office...you will continue to be charged until your drop is formally processed. Drops must be processed before the start of the next month or you will owe tuition for that month, even if you haven't attended a class. Thank you for your cooperation!
Tuition & Performance Fees - Monthly Tuition and Performance Fees are drawn on the 5th of every month and must be paid by the 15th to avoid late fees. Just a reminder - Performance Fees are $15/month for your first class and $7.50 for each additional class and cover the cost of your Spring Recital charges including costume, 4 tickets, programs, awards, etc. These fees are non refundable.

Current Covid Policy - Subject to Change
Mask Policy - Masking is encouraged for students, visitors, and staff.
Lobby Access- The lobby will remain closed until further notice, however, our 2 and 3 year old students may be accompanied by one adult who remains in the lobby during class. All other parents/guardians will be allowed to come in to drop off students, but then leave during class and return 5 mins before class ends for pick up.
