video 1: In the first video we’re going to be working on feet flexibility to increase your point!  You’ll need a tennis or lacrosse ball and a theraband!

video 2 : We’ll be working on our legs in the second video of this flexibility training series   ensuring lengthening of muscles for increased flexibility.

video 3 : Video 3 will focus hips and back looking at different way to stretch and release.

video 4 : Great stretches for neck, shoulders, and arms will be included in this video focusing on releasing tension and increasing range of motion. 

video 5 : Join Chloe for a full body stretch as she brings back key exercises from previous videos and talks about them more in detail.
