Celebrating Love at Studio J
What a sweet month it has been celebrating love with our Studio J family! From kind words to encouraging notes, February has been filled with reminders of why we love what we do — and who we get to do it with.
If you haven’t already, take a moment to look at our front studio windows and see what your dancer wrote about why they love dance. These little notes are more than decorations — they are precious snapshots of your child’s heart in this season.
As the years go by, it’s so special to see what changes and what remains the same in their love for dance and the performing arts. These are sweet memories to hold onto as your dancers continue to grow.
Summer Is Coming!
Don’t forget — our Summer Schedule is now available! Registration opens Wednesday, February 25th at 10:00 AM.

We are thrilled to celebrate Studio J’s 21st season with our 2026 Spring Recital theme,
"So Good"
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! His faithful love endures forever. — Psalm 107:1
Costumes: Recital costumes will begin arriving this spring and will be distributed as they come in. Hip Hop dancers should wear fitted clothing to class for upcoming fittings. Each costume will include a costume care sheet. If your dancer does not receive a costume right away, it may still be on its way or in getting alterations.
Account Reminder: Dancer accounts must be current for costumes to be released. Please check the Parent Portal and resolve any outstanding balances
This Week’s Theme: Dance Duos
This week is Dance Duos Week! Dancers will have opportunities to work alongside a partner in class, celebrating partnership and encouragement.
We are reminded of Proverbs 27:17 — “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” When we encourage and support one another, we grow stronger together. We can’t wait to see these special moments shared in class this week.

Best of luck to our Company dancers as they head to Tribute National Talent in Claremore, Oklahoma! We are so proud of your hard work and dedication and can’t wait to see you shine on stage. We are cheering you on every step of the way!
Pom Clinic – Two Weeks Left!
We have just two weeks remaining in our Pom Clinic! This is a wonderful opportunity for dancers preparing for tryouts to build confidence, sharpen skills, and continue growing. Let’s finish strong!
Middle School (5th-7th): Wednesday 7:15–8:15 PM High School (8th +): Wednesday 8:15–9:45 PM
Register through the Parent Portal and click “Special Events.” Families may choose one date or attend all sessions. Spots are limited, so we encourage you to register soon!
