Hello Studio J Families!

What an amazing month it’s been — full of energy, creativity, and fall fun! As we head into the final week of October, our dancers are thriving and the studio is buzzing with excitement for Christmas Downtown and all that’s ahead.

Today is International Artist Day, and we’re reminded that every dancer is an artist — expressing emotion, imagination, and joy through movement.

We’ve got some exciting news below — our Studio-Wide Double Good Popcorn Fundraiser kicks off soon, and our brand-new Christmas Downtown Sweatshirt design is ready to order!

This Week’s Theme: Dress Up Week!

It’s Dress Up Week at Studio J! A chance for our dancers to add a little extra fun and creativity to class! Please no masks, props, or scary costumes. Let’s keep it safe, creative, and full of smiles!

Studio J Fundraiser: Double Good Popcorn!

We’re thrilled to kick off our Studio-Wide Fundraiser with Double Good Popcorn! This is a fun and easy way to support Studio J programs while sharing a tasty treat with friends and family.

Here’s how it works:

Each dancer (or family) will create a Pop-Up Store using the Double Good app.
You’ll earn 50% of all sales, and popcorn ships directly to buyers!
Popcorn prices start at $11, and yes — it’s delicious!

Christmas Downtown at Scissortail Park

Our annual Christmas Show is a special family celebration that captures the heart of the season! This event is free for our dancers and their families and is all about sharing joy, community, and the love of dance.

Participants from our Twinkle Toes dancers through Intermediate levels will be performing in this year’s show.Please note: Twirling Twos and Acro classes will not be performing in the Christmas show.

For this festive outdoor event, dancers are asked to wear all-black attire paired with a snow hat and gloves to add a touch of holiday spirit.

We can’t wait to celebrate Christmas Downtown with you and your family — a joyful day filled with dancing, laughter, and the magic of the season!

We’re so excited to release this year’s Christmas Downtown Sweatshirt!

Dancers may wear this sweatshirt on stage during the performance, and parents are welcome to order one too — it’s the perfect keepsake for our festive celebration at Scissortail Park!

Daddy-Daughter Ballet Ball – November 15

One of our most magical events of the season! The Daddy-Daughter Ballet Ball returns Saturday, November 15th from 1:00-3:00 and 4:00-6:00! All ages are welcome! We will have refreshments, dancing, and picture opportunities. We had a ball last year and cannot wait to see everyone this year! Tickets go on sale on October 5th. Purchase Tickets Here!
