Welcome to the 2025–2026 Season!

We’re already one week into classes, and it’s been so sweet meeting your dancers and seeing the joy in our studios. Thank you for choosing Studio J—our team can’t wait to cheer your children on all year long.

Quick Notes for These First Weeks

Label shoes & dance bags: Please write your dancer’s name inside all shoes. Give it time: The first few weeks are busy as everyone learns the routine. It settles quickly. Tiny tears are normal: Our youngest dancers may feel nervous at first. Teachers will partner with you to make the transition smooth. Restroom stop: Taking a quick break before class helps minimize interruptions during instruction. Classroom access: Once class begins, please check with the office before entering a studio. We’re here to help: Questions or concerns? Please stop by the front desk, email, or call us anytime!

Lobby Reminder

We love having you in the lobby! For safety and comfort, please keep visitors to a minimum. You’re also welcome to use class time for errands or a little “you time.”

Tuition Policy Reminder: Monthly tuition reflects the yearly cost divided into 9 equal installments, with performance fees added. Breaks, weather days, rehearsals, pictures, and shows are already factored in—so tuition is the same each month (Sept–May).

September charges run Sept 15 (so you’ve had a week of classes before being charged).
Starting in October, autopay runs on the 5th of each month. Tuition is due no later than the 15th; late fees apply after that.
Dropping a class? You must contact the office to process a drop before the next month begins.

Theme Weeks = Community + Fun

We love building community through themed activities! Sometimes teachers handle everything, and sometimes we’ll invite families to join in. Check your class BAND each week so your dancer doesn’t miss out.

September Intro Theme: “Who Are You?”

In class: fun name games + friend-makers.

At the studio: Family Photo Wall → Please reply to this email with a digital photo or drop a 4×6 at the front desk.

Epic & Braintree Vendor Info

Studio J is an Epic and Braintree Vendor! If your dancer is a student of Epic or Braintree Schools and you plan to use your Learning Fund for Studio J classes, please complete a separate form for each student.

Parents are responsible for all payments prior to approval and after funds run out.

The form must be completed by September 14th at 5pm.
