A Big Week at Studio J!

It’s an exciting week at Studio J as we celebrate Recital Picture Week! We can’t wait to see all of our dancers in their beautiful costumes—these are such special moments and memories in the making.

We also want to wish our Take A Bow Theatre classes the best of luck as they perform The Wizard of Oz Youth Edition this weekend—break a leg!

And a huge good luck to our Studio J Company dancers as they head into their final competition of the season. We are so proud of all of your hard work and dedication!

We are incredibly proud of all of our students and can’t wait for another amazing week together!

Picture week is THIS week, April 13-17!

Regular classes will NOT be meeting this week, except for our Theatre classes. Dancers will come

10 minutes prior to their scheduled picture time in full costume, including tights and shoes (Twirling Twos will wear a pink or black leotard, pink tights, and a skirt, optional), and will be dismissed immediately afterward. Parents should wait rather than drop off this week. Hair and makeup are the parents’ choice. Pictures will be posted before ordering; we will send you the links as soon as they are available.

Please be on time... the photoshoot goes by quickly, and you won't want to miss your group pose!!! Dressing rooms will be available for those of you coming straight from school. ***If you must miss your scheduled time, you may still drop in at another time during that week for your individual picture. Please click here for your picture time, which may NOT be your normal class time, so check carefully!

Recital Tickets We will begin distributing recital tickets (wristbands) during picture week. Once wristbands are distributed, they cannot be replaced, so please store them safely! If you will not need all of your tickets, please return them to the front desk during picture week so they may be given to other families.

April 23rd: Company Parent Information Meeting (ages 6+)

April 27th - May 1st: Stage/Tech Week

May 5th: Last Auto-Pay of the Season

May 4th - 8th: DRESS REHEARSAL

May 11th: 2026-2027 Season Registration Opens at 10am!
